Some high quality instruments use nitro-cellulose finishes that are easily damaged when placed in contact with most polymeric (plastic) materials. While we have tested this product extensively and found it to be safe on mostGuitars, we cannot guarantee that it will not react with some finishes. We recommend removing the Screeching Halt from the soundhole when storing you instrument.
