RETURNS POLICY


Return an unwanted item
We understand that sometimes the item you have received might not work for you or might be defective and you would like to return it and receive a refund. Based on your statutory rights we can accept all return requests subject to the rules below:

  • For all items: We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition or if opened, in perfect re-sellable condition. If you return goods, as detailed below, within 30 days , we will send you a full refund for the price you paid for the item.   • Defective or damaged items: You can always return items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange the return of a defective item please visit Our 'Contact Us' Page or use our always-on ‘Contact Us’  widget, available on every page for your convenience. 
Return delivery charges: If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will arrange either a free collection or refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item back to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

How to return an item: We will provide you with a Returns Number which you must include when sending back your order. The returns number is a requirement for all returned orders - without it we cannot provide a refund. Once you are ready to return the package please print and complete the returns form include it in the the package securely and send the package to:

In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault in the form and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories and packaging. If we do not receive the item back from you within 30 days of the item being delivered to you we cannot guarantee a full refund. We aim to refund your order within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
