      Musicroom Reviews

This book really is for the absolute beginner. It's great for those just starting out, and covers quite a few techniques and styles. It also features lots of easy-to-learn old-time tunes with lyrics - so it is also useful for those who wish to expand their repertoire of songs. In terms of 3-finger picking, though, this book only skims over the basics. Still, a great starter, but you'll get through it in a month if you're fairly devoted and hungry for knowledge.
