          Musicroom Reviews

With the exception of the Beatles' 'Blackbird' and 'Here comes the sun', there really isn't too much to these songs. So if you are a beginning acoustic player, this is a good selection of easy to learn chops. However,I was really disappointed to find out that there are no solos on this DVD. This hurts especially with Pink Floyd's 'Wish you were here.' Minus one star for that. Also, Jamie Humphries (the instructor) comes across a bit nervous. Look for Keith Wyatt or Danny Gill for a relaxed presentation style. Minus on more star for that. To be fair, it does say 'easy' acoustic rock. I guess this means 'challenging stuff omitted'. One star returned for not reading the cover on my part.
