A brilliant collection of arias, from the incredibly well known, to the lesser known but every bit as beautiful and effective!

bon choix des oeuvres adapatation au niveau de la mezzo soprano (quoique parfois quelques oeuvre "tendues" au plan vocal convenant mieux à soprano) livret agréable rapport qualité-prix bon

Super album of songs. Some well-known, others new to me. Was looking for arias to work on for future concerts and am really enjoying trying out different things from this book. Possibly my favourite Xmas present this year!

My teacher has an older version and I needed my own copy - so glad to find still in print.

This is an excellent anthology of operatic arias for mezzo-sopranos with arias ranging from 1600s to modern day in their original language and with a synopsis of the scene in the opera, who is singing it and a translation. It is well-bound and printed. The selection is good and very satisfying musically.
