Ludwig Van Beethoven: Symphony No.3 In E-Flat Op.55 'Eroica' (Miniature Score)

Books | Orchestra

Publisher: Dover Publications
Format: Books | Study Score
Completed in 1804, the Eroica Symphony marked a profound turning point in Beethoven's personal and professional life. Confronted by severe and progressive hearing loss, the composer drew upon immense reserves to create one of his most dynamic and expressive works. Original in structure and form, it signaled the composer's break with classical precedents and initiated an irrevocable change in the course of symphonic music.
This miniature score is ideal for study purpose.

Miniature scores are indispensable to any even slightly serious musician. They're portable, easily hand-held and will fit into a normal bookcase.
The only downside to these miniature scores is that very thing - the staves are all in miniature, and the notes are harder to follow as you get older.
