          Musicroom Reviews

I find it difficult to find interesting music for my students that is a bit different. This book is good and I am very fussy!

The book is really worth 6 stars!! Diversified, interestingly arranged music. The spirit of each tune from all over the world is cought perfectly. Each tune has got a warm-up exercise, short style-background introduction and additional and independent violin accompaniment(little tougher than soloist), so you can even play all the book for violin duo with independent backing!!! Very good quality backing tracks-each piece has been live recorded (good musicians) for different set of instruments and obviously in different style, so playing next tune is always fresh. Pieces are long enough-about 1,5-2,5 min. each. If I haven`t time playing, I like listening to this CD because each tune is a true little masterpiece! Plus all piano accompaniments on CD (PDF version) makes it a perfect choice for an intermediate player or violin teacher.
