It provides advice on Performing, Composing, Listening and Appraising - this is useful in helping to develop general musicianship skills, and relates specifically to the components of the AQA GCSE Music course.

This is a great book that supports the new AQA GCSE Music syllabus. It is a nice size and very clear and informative. I think it will be very useful as a music teacher when preparing work for lessons and also useful for students in their revision.

Fantastic book that both myself and my daughter have started reading. My daughter is in her first year of GCSE and has found great information about the topics that they are dicsussing in class and has referred to it many tomes already to expand on what she has been taught at school. It has been used as a reference guide to assist her in her homework and has other aspects that have not been taught at school with have been used as reference and been very useful. It will act as a good guide throughout the two year GCSE course and has good revision questions and prompts. very pleased with this purchase.
