This book is one I encourage most of my pupils to have once they are approaching Grade 3 level. There are some beautiful pieces which can be played with much feeling and so we can work on shaping the phrases and adding dynamics. A valuable book for any pianist who enjoys romantic piano.
I think some of the pieces on the accompanying CD are played at too fast a tempo.

Good collection of pieces that comes with a CD. Pieces are suitable for those doing Grade 2-3.

A lovely collection of pieces, particularly the Gurlitt piece that is currently on the 2010-2011 ABRSM Grade 2 syllabus.
