The International Folksongs - Big Note Piano, with it's large print, is very easy to read and ideal for children or adult beginners/elementary, with its clear notation. However, more advanced pianists may prefer a smaller print. Some of the pieces require a page turn as some are 3 pages long, which can interrupt the flow for pianists not used to page turns, however this is a skill which has to be learnt and developed and is necessary for the higher grades. The book comprises an enjoyable and easy-to-play collection of well-known folk songs, including: "Greensleeves" and also includes an interesting selection of less well-known ones from around the world.
