Wexler: King David Conductor's Baton - 14" Pear/Cork

Publisher: Wexler
For over 60 years, King David Conductor Batons have been the baton of choice for literally thousands of conductors. Symphony conductors, bandleaders and choral directors specifically request the baton because it is consistent in quality, balance and weight. Conductors also experience less fatigue with King David Batons due to their extremely light weight and balance.

Sound quality on a baton is very debatable.

Overall a very good Baton for rehearsals and domestically practicing baton technique. The Pear Cork handle is slightly cumbersome compared to most wooden and concert batons. Great value for money!!!

When my son decided to add conducting to his already impressive repertoire of musical achievements it was tempting to say "fine, here's a knitting needle"... However, with Christmas imminent this baton seemed a better option. Despite snow, postal backlog, and the seasonal busy period this last minute order arrived on time packaged perfectly and is a very balanced stick. Well worth the money and a welcome extra present. Thanks.

Nice feel to the baton. Very light - if you like more weight you may have to pay more for the wooden one. Excellent for the price.
