The Wipe Clean Music Board is a handy new tool for young musicians.

Pupils can practice writing melodies, rhythms, notes and clefs, and rub it out if they go wrong! One side has staves in landscape orientation, the other side has staves in portrait orientation.

These colourful boards are a fun way to practice notation, whether in a group lesson or in one-to-one tuition.

Includes a wipe-clean music pen, with an eraser on the end.

Large stave, easy for pupils to see and to draw on. Instant use and wipe clean means good visual teaching aid. Really pleased with it.
Dented easily whilst in my bag which now means one of the staves is 'out of action'.

This is a really useful addition to my teaching aids. Before I purchased this wipe clean board I was always scribbling five lines on scrap pieces of paper to teach various elements of music theory and notespelling, now I just grab the board and then wipe it off when I have finished - very ecofriendly too. It is also a great way for children to start exploring writing music at a young age.

The idea is excellent but there are some disappointments which make this item poor value for money. The four staves are rather short (left to right) at a width of only 19 cm on a 26 cm board; the life of the pen is very limited; the wipe-clean facility works well for short-term use but water-based ink becomes semi-permanent if left for a few days; needless background designs of musical instruments are distracting, even sore on the eyes; limited teacher use, though a good stocking-filler at Christmas for younger pupils.

I bought this for a pupil to use with her dad as its been a huge success with all my pupils, I also have a selection of different colour pens which makes it more fun! I use it so they can practice writing crotchets etc

Such a great way of engaging children in writing music or learning instrument names. Good quality pen, and board wipes clean easily. Definately recommend!

Absolutely brilliant. My 7 year old grandson was able to write his very first recorder piece on this board and then play it on his instrument, we were delighted. It is very easy to clean and easy to use for composition of any age.

The board is absolutely fine but the pen is not up to much :(

I think my younger pupils will like this, although the staves are rather close together.

Excellent. Pupils really enjoy using this.

Excellent for explaining notes etc without wasting paper, make a mistake, wipe clean, start again.

Brilliant...apart from the pen rubber. I've only used it twice and it has already stopped working and the board doesn't always wipe perfectly clean, even with water. Wouldn't be able to use it with primary pupils- it wouldn't survive the hour!

Wonderful resource loved by all of my students, regardless of age! The only down side is that the pen/rubber doesn't last long in the hands of over excited children, but I've since bought spares.

This has proved a really useful tool - my young students really enjoy composing their own tunes, and with the ability to erase, enables us to make appropriate changes together.

Really useful to use in music lessons, either group or individual. Many of my pupils have their own at home, to help with theory work, or composing.
