- I couldn't print the music, yet I was charged for downloading it.
It a relatively small amount and I don't have time to chase it up, but I think it stinks that I couldn't download a PDF or reprint it (say within the next 24 hours).
I needed the music for audition the next day so was particularly upset.

We take customer service extremely seriously and I would just like to let you know that if you are not able to print a score we shall happily reimburse you for your order. Furthermore regrettably we cannot offer to send the PDF to you as this infringes on Copyright Laws.
