Good book for the intermediate player with a variety of styles that sound good unaccompanied as well as with the piano backing book.

An excellent book, providing a variety of repertoire. There are not many books for the clarinet player of Grade 5/6 standard that offer such a varied selection of pieces. Bach Goes to Town is great fun, but it is lovely having it in the same book as some traditional favourites such as the larghetto from the clarinet quintet by Mozart. Well worth a look!

I have used the Saxophone Concert Repertoire book for years now, so I thought it was about time I tried this one. It is nice in that it contains different pieces, not merely a transposition of the others, and they look nicely suitable for the clarinet.
