Isle of Arran
- Our choir has not used all the pieces in the collection, but we have enjoyed the three which we have used so far, as have audiences.
- Perhaps the absence of accompaniments for most pieces. While a Capella singing can be attractive, many amateur choirs slip in pitch, so accompaniments can be useful . Not really a complaint, more a general observation.
Another observation would be that since tenors in particular, and men in general are often in short supply in choirs, split male voices is not ideal
