Although ranked as 'simple' some quite tricky fingerings and timing involved here. An enjoyable publication

This is a beautiful piece. I have just taken my grade 4 and found it straightforward to learn. It is lovely to have something that people immediately respond to and which you are able to play with musicality. I am planning to play it in our Christmas concert.

A very nicely arranged and well presented set of familiar pieces from The Snowman, suitable for players of Grade 1 sort of level. The first piece (when they build the snowman) is perhaps not so familiar or so likely to be played, because it is not such a strong tune in itself. The others are all very good though. A useful addition for any teacher's 'library' of music, and I find adults are often very happy to play it as well as children.
