- No warning about having to download special software to get the music. Still haven't managed to get hold of the music I've bought, and no response when I emailed to ask for help.

Good morning Alison I am sorry that you had problems printing at the moment our website is down due to an update, but as soon as I can get access I will reset your account so you can try again I will also as a good will gesture refund you, I will not be able to do this until I am back in the office on Tuesday kind regards Karen
