This is a brilliant book! I am 61 (never having studied music) and found it perfect so don't think you're ever too 'mature' to learn the recorder.
The accompanying CD did not play on my laptop or DVD/CD player. I tried it on my daughter's PC and it worked so I made a copy which does play on my laptop and DVD/CD player. Not sure if others have experienced the same but thought I'd mention it.
