Lovely collection which includes many of my favourite Einaudi pieces
Binding makes it quite difficult to keep the book open on the piano. Spiral binding would be a huge help.

        Excellent selection!
The book would be more user friendly if it was spiral bound to make it lie flat on the desk and to facilitate page turns.

I can't remember the last time I enjoyed playing piano music as much as I have with this collection. Wonderful stuff!

I am very pleased to add this latest Einaudi collection. Since buying his music I seldom play anything else now. Yes - his music does seem repetitive at times but every time I play his music I find something more to appreciate. I particularly like Melodia africana 1, Stella del mattino,Tracce and Nefeli. Ranging from easy to difficult there is something for all levels. I look forward to more music from him.

Absolutely stunning music! I simply adore Ludovico Einaudi! This collection is truly amazing. I would recommend it to everyone who likes solo Piano...I am so happy I found all my favorite tunes in one book! Thank you...

This is an interesting selection of Einaudi's piano pieces. Although none of them are technically difficult (Grade 3-5), they demand correct technique. I have not given five stars for two reasons. Firstly the book is rather expensive and secondly the binding is infuriatingly stiff and refuses to stay open unless the spine is phsically 'broken'.

The book itself is fine if you like Einaudi. Personally I think most of the pieces are boring. The few pieces that are more enjoyable are probably better found individually on the internet and bought that way, rather than paying for a whole book.

An excellent selection for any piano player. Book binding makes it difficult to keep the book open unless you bend the spine. Though more expensive a hardback copy might have been more practical given the size and number of pieces. The large collection does encourage exploration into other albums rather than just Le Onde which I mainly knew. Highly Recommended.

Excellent collection from Einaudi's various albums. Some can be a little hard, but are worth persevering with. I especially liked "La Nascita Delle Cose Segrete", "Stella del Mattino", "Le Onde" (recently featured on TV with the John Lewis advertisement), "I Giorni" and "I Due Fiumi". Truly relaxing - great chillout music.

I had not played any of Einaudi's music before except to sample one page from Le Onde but after reading the positive reviews decided to take the plunge and purchase this collection. The pieces are relatively straight-forward, the advantage being that it's possible to just sit down and enjoy play and listening to them. The downside is that they do not vary widely between pieces and there is also a lot of repetition within a piece so I don't feel particularly challenged or that it will sustain my interest over the longer term. However, I don't always need to be challenged when playing, in which case the music is then perfect for those more relaxed playing times.

This has to be the best piano book I have bought for a long time. It is a pleasure to play almost all of the pieces, and I can't put the book down. Most of the pieces are easy to play by an accomplished player, but others are a bit fast, and so can seem tricky. All of his pieces are just beautiful however some can seem a bit similar, but it all down to personal taste. My favourites are 'nefeli', 'passagio', 'ombre', 'le onde' and 'bella notte'. Definitely worth buying.

Lovely music, easy to sight-read and still make the piece come to life. Amazing to chill out and play.

Oh I love this collection, for me and my students!None of the pieces exceed grade 5 standard and are familiar to most of us by now. Sometimes a little repetitive but this technical ease does give the pianist time and inclination to interpret and impress their own dynamic and tonal elements...enjoy!

Einaudi's music has inspired me to play piano, I first heard him when a friend played 'Fuori Dal Mondo'. It was beautiful. This book allows me to play those pieces that inspired me, and that allows me to inspire others. Dont be hasty people, get inspired, get playing, get this book!

I bought this collection after a friend recommended it to me. His music is beautiful, it is a great book to just sit down and play, some pieces are quite fast but are also quite repetitive so can be picked up quite easily. I would recommend this to anyone, definitely one of the best books I have ever purchased and one of which I will never tire!!
