Clear signposting on screen and optimal use of DVD format for accessing by way of menu views.
        Clear lesson planning.
Presenter Happy Traum's experience and knowledge content shines through as more than just theoretical
Discussion of diatonic scales in 'lesson 3' omits reference to minor scales
Reference to the materials as 'lessons' 1, 2, and 3 can put too much pressure on the learner. It would be more realistic for learners to be directed toward thinking of what were formerly individual video cassette contents as 'modules' made up of smaller chunks as 'lessons'.
