This is a great book that will nurture any musician into a fully fledged cellist. It contains a number of different pieces that improve all the aspects of cello playing. The CD thats is included is also a great way of learning, allowing the player the play with background music which improves confidence and makes the pieces sound better. Well worth buying!

Great book from a great series. My 9yr old daughter has just worked her way through cello joggers whilst working at grade 1 level. & is excited about working through this book now. We have loved all the books in this series and her cello teacher uses them too. I highly recommend this title.

This book makes young pupils advance beyond grade 1 to tackle the complexities of backward and forward extensions up to 4flats and 4 sharps.Pieces include syncopated'jazzy' rhythms. The pictures are very appealing.

These are really catchy pieces in a range of styles that my pupils love. There are enough pieces to reinforce new technique being taught between Grades 1 and 2.
