Dont EVER try to do, or teach, the left hand pizzicato exercises [lesson 11 and 12] to any student with stiff hand tendons, e.g. mature students. Two weeks on I still have tendon damage. The 4 finger stretch to the G string demanded is irresponsible at this stage of learning.

I bought this to use with a pupil who I had taken over from a different teacher, and who had previously used book 1. It isn't what I'd normally use or the way I'd choose to teach, but it seems ok so far. Nice rep.

The service was first class, I made a mistake on the order, but it was rectified immediatly. The music books are very good, a wide sellection of tunes, both speeds and types of music. Well worth the money, keep up the good work. Bill
