Uses tab with score above it for the finger picking. Has sections on finger picking and strumming. Good traditional songs (mostly American folk) Nice follow on from book one, challenging without being too hard. Progresses without huge jumps.
CD a bit fast here and there and a couple of pages had really tricky keys but only a couple.

Good book if you want to learn very simple tab pieces rather than just chords. Only criticism is that on the CD there is no count in for the pieces or accompaniment - it is literally just a recording of the author playing through the excersises so you can't really use it to play along to.
