Excellent value, light weight and a very playable instrument. Perfect for a beginner with a good sound and good quality fret board. The ash neck is a good design and feels "right" when playing.
Lead supplied is a little cheap but at this price point I cannot really complain. Buy, for instance, a Planet Waves pro lead and the issue is solved.

This bass guitar is perfect for a gig second bass. I used it the weekend I recieved it at a gig, and was very impressed. It is very light and so makes a nice change from my heavy Italia. It has a great metalic bass sound which I love, that gives songs a cool groove. It is very playable with a great action. Suitable as a first time bass for new players, I would definately reccomend this Ibanez and especially at the price I bought it for!! First Class!!
