I bought this book after using 'Improve your sight-reading' for grade 6 piano. It made all the difference to my confidence during the exam. The aspects of effective sight-reading are broken down into manageable chunks. I found that regularly including the exercises into my daily practice made sight-reading a less scary prospect. I am confident that the grade 7 book will help me just as much.

This is an excellent series of books. I have used several of them at the lower grades and always find the content very helpful in improving my sight reading for the next exam.

An excellent series of sight-reading books, which systematically explore techniques of keys, rhythm etc. which are essential to achieve a good mark at the sight-reading element of the examinations so feared by students!
