        Musicroom Reviews

The best book in the Classics to Moderns series with an excellent choice of music in a range of styles. Suitable for any mid range pianist from about top of grade 3 level to good grade 5 students.

This series has an interesting and wide collection of classical piano pieces which are well graded. In Book 4 the Romance by Mendelssohn is a particular favourite which is at present a grade 3 piece. As the title implies there is plenty of material written for the keyboard through several centuries giving a well rounded approach to benefit the developing pianist.
