Very happy with this book and love having the CD to play along with. Playing along with the performance tracks helps you keep in time with other players (not easy when practicing on your own) and playing with the backing tracks makes you concentrate on your timing/counting even more. Good practice of different speeds, notation etc. Good mix of music from the era.
