It's a video of a relaxed Jack Bruce talking about, and demonstrating, how he plays a number of pieces of music. He has Gary Moore and a drummer to help him.
It would have been good had it been longer, but it's a reasonable length.

Good to hear Jack talk about bass playing and the actual playing is extremely good. I did learn a few things that may be useful.
This is NOT repeat NOT an instructional DVD. You are not taken through how to play any of the tracks, although Jack does solo some of the bass lines, it's not on a step by step basis.
