          Musicroom Reviews

Fred Sokolow is a great tutor, he has the kind of voice that keeps your attention. His advice is straightforward and logical more sitting across from a friend than a teacher. The pace is about right and if you watch the DVD on a laptop as I did it is easy to pause and rewind when you want to check something out. The only complaint I have is that Fred must have been the role model for E.T he has fingers like sausages coupled with a narrow necked Telecaster so even in close up his fingers could be almost anywhere. The small tab booklet which goes with the DVD is essential. That said, he is an inspiration to all of us sausage fingered guitar players out there looking for a role model.
