        Generally clear print
Only studied the first part but it is confusing how they have put the majority of the notes into the treble clef making it difficult to work out what the left hand should be playing.

I bought this book to replace my lost copy of the B flat partita, and which is the only partita I have played. It is a lovely and varied piece that my teacher introduced me to about 30 years ago through the very last recording made by Dinu Lipatti. Listen to it if you can, and be inspired. The pieces are about Grade 5 to 8 standard. A bonus is that the Gigue is exciting to listen to, and easier to play than it sounds. All the pieces are a joy. Listen to Lipatti!
