One section, I was unsure about the phrasing but found that the notes in question had fingering notated, which helped considerably.

I am very pleased with my book of Chopin Nocturnes because it is well-sourced and contains all the nocturnes that are known up to this present day. The notation follows essentially that of the sources. Figures in italics stem from manuscript sources or first editions, and therefore represents the fingerings which were suggested by Chopin himself. This is both useful and practical. The typing is bold and clear, and the book `sits` well on my music stand. There is information about each nocturne in the comments at the back of the book, which is also interesting.

This edition of all Chopin's Nocturnes is beautifully presented. Amazing, gorgeous harmonies and melodies that make Chopin one of the immense composers from the Romantic era. An essential buy for all pianists from grade 6+

This book looks special, and it really is. Every Nocturne is absolutely beautiful, some harder than others. I recommend this book to anyone and everyone than plays the piano and likes Chopin
