I bought the book for my great niece whose mother is teaching her to play the piano (she is not a teacher). I was looking to buy the next book in the series of Fanny Waterman books but there seemed not to be a Book 3 and so this was the next best thing. This book, as the other two,
is very well constructed and clear to interpret. It builds on the skills learnt in Books 1 and 2 and in the case of my niece interests and encourages her to want to sit down and play.
I have not heard any bad points from my niece. She finds it easy to teach her daughter, despite having limited pianistic skills and she too is impressed with the way in which her daughter's interest remains engaged with the books.

The book goes well with Me and my piano part 2.
Maybe a few more slightly harder tunes would make the book even better.

I find this book is best used alongside Me and My piano book 2. It reinforces everything that has been covered, but does not introduce anything new.

I thought the book provided a nice choice of music - seemed a little simple at first. This book needs to be played in conjunction with Me & My Piano book 1 & 2 from the start I think. Several pupils of mine have finished book 2 & then wanted something a bit more demanding to move on to.

I bought this for "Suo Gan", which my wife fell in love with from seeing "Empire of the Sun". Unfortunately there are only four bars of it, I am pretty sure there ought to be more. OK, it's for kids, but I am trying to learn along with them. The pages are full of very pretty colour drawings.

Some lovely pieces in here for young and older beginners - both familiar and unfamiliar. Great book to give a bit of variety to piano lessons and develop different skills.
