Book 2 of this popular piano course introduces new notes for both hands extending past the range of the original five-fingered hand position. Letter names will appear alongside new notes only. Accidentals, chord symbols, dotted rhythms and wrist staccato are also introduced through popular tunes and light classics.

The second in a great series for adult learners. My pupils find this series easy to understand. Also, it uses well known tunes. Anonymous

I began the piano with this book and I think that it is a great book to get started with. It has now been four years and I have moved on much further, but I always play old tunes from the book for reference and appreciate the distance that I have come. I would gladly recommend this book for the starter pianist.
