The notes in the beginning giving advice on styles are useful. There are a lot of pieces in the book for plenty of variety.
Having to buy accompanyments separately. I don't think you can use the backing tracks for exams.

The book was recommended by music teacher as was this website. Had no hassled finding the book and delivery was quick. My son plays tenor horn and has mastered some of the pieces already and seems to be enjoying it.

A really fun book. I find the little songs toward the front great as warm up tunes.

A really nice selection of fun and jazzy pieces for students about grades 2 to 4, depending on the instrument.

These are beautifully written studies which sound terrific to players and listeners alike, yet when you get up close to them, they are nothing like as difficult as they sound. They are modern classics. Wow!
