There is plenty of variety in this book. It includes a piece by Orlando Gibbons (1583-1625), a few classical period pieces and some folk/traditional songs. It is good that the lower part is as easy for the pupil to learn as the upper one. The pieces are quite short but very satisfying musically despite their simplicity

Both Primo and Secondo parts are of equal difficulty. The pieces are varied and feature some well loved classical composers such as Mozart and Schubert. "Busker Brown" is fun to play for both players. A lovely book!
