The Geographical fugue is for Speaking Chorus - so no singing - and is not for the fainthearted! The fugue is in 4 parts, but obviously you are not limited to choosing SATB to perform it, as it is all spoken. The fugue is a series of complex rhythms, set to places around the world, which when combined together form one of the hardest pieces I have ever performed. It is, however, also hugely fun, if you have competent people to perform it - or a lot of time to practice - this is sure to get a wow if, or when, you all shout Trinidad at the end of the piece -AT THE AME TIME!!! If you want a challenge, and enjoy a bit of fun, then this unique piece is definitely for you!
