It's a beautiful work. I sang with the choir that commissioned it and gave the first performance, and am now teaching it to my own choir. It is well worth it - beauty or lines and harmony and a clear 20th-century feel without gratuitous dissonance or strange harmonic shifts.
The front page said it was by Kenneth Hesketh. Presumably a glitch with the print-on-demand system. Would be nice for the composer if you fixed this.
