        Musicroom Reviews

This is one of the best of the series "What else Can I Play" as it seems to contain more tunes which are familiar to children. The piano accompaniments are not over complicated, and some of the pieces can be played by adventurous Grade 2 players (e.g "Star Wars" and "Over the Rainbow"). A very pleasant escape from the restrictions of the exam syllabus!

Interesting selection of violin and piano music. Something for everyone. Makes a change from examination preparation and also helps with sight reading. Puts the fun back into practice.

A good selection of pieces, there's something for most students although I'd have put the standard nearer Grade 3 than 4 for quite a few in the book. A useful book in the teaching bag all the same.
