Albeniz must have been some pianist - his music, though very 'pianistic', is often of considerable difficulty. This Suite Espanola isn't as demanding as Iberia however, and contains a number of very satisfying and charming short pieces for players of Grade 7 or 8 standard and above - lots of big stretches, chords, repeated notes and different voices. This Spanish edition is pretty good value for money, though a page turner is probably the only alternative to memorising! Fingering and editorial work are helpful.
