Part of an excellent series, although later editions in the series are more to my liking.

Received book some time ago, in good condition, I'm quite pleased with my buy and the prompt way it was delivered to me, hoping to find more music books in the future.

I was looking for a book with a collection of modern songs and well known pieces and this book certainly has a good mix of both. Some pieces are fairly basic and a few are very difficult. I would say that most pieces are ranged fom Grade 4-6/7, the jazz numbers being the hardest. They are good arrangments and a pleasure to play.

This is an excellent book, particularly at the present offer price. A variety of well known pieces with interesting arrangements making a nice change to play from some of the standard arrangements that I already have. A lot of pleasure for the average pianist and their listeners. A great compilation at a great price, keep it up!

Like all the other Great Piano Solo books this Red one has a good selection of classical, jazz and modern pieces. Most are playable by sight reading although some classical pieces are more challenging. As I play both piano and keyboard I was very pleased to have this book in my collection.

I would have given this book a 5 star rating if it had more pieces of music that were at my level of playing (Grade 3/4)

Very good value for money. A nice book, music is clear and easy to read. Has a nice selection of songs, I didn't know most of them but they are nice songs, not too hard to pick up and good to sight-read. I am grade 5 level so I'd say this book is perfect for that standard although there are a good mix of tunes, some of which look a lot more complicated, some of which are probably easier. I'd say this is a choice with which you can't go wrong :)

It is a pleasure to have a book with such a variety of styles of pieces, and with the scope to progress in level of difficulty.
