- Best introduction for pianists to playing as a team that I know. Good range of simple tunes, with slight increases in difficulty from one to the next. Primo and secondo always contrasting, but of similar level. Never fails to be rewarding and encouraging. Great lesson enders.
- As a teaching book, the sixth duet is, perhaps, too big a jump after the first five. I always skip it.
