Alison Hedger: Scarecrow's Christmas! (Teacher's Book/CD)

Books and CDs | Piano, Vocal & Guitar

Composer: Alison Hedger
Format: Sheet Music | Classroom Musical
A children's musical with six delightful songs, suitable for early years and Key Stage 1. An imaginative new story that will entertain whilst carrying a strong moral teaching. Although Scarecrow needs and receives warm coats from friends...(silver fish, polar bears and yellow fluffy ducklings), he gives them to others whom he feels need them more than himself. Woven around the story, Mrs Christmas has shrunk Santa's party outfit. Will he be cross...? He gives his shrunken suit to Scarecrow to keep him warm, and all ends in a riotous Christmas party! This Teacher's Book is complete with CD containing all the music you will need for a full performance, and also contains production notes, story, song lyrics and music.

We did this at Christmas and the students (Small school, students aged 4-10) all loved the catchy music and the words! The music was easy to learn as were the words and we all had a great time learning it.
