Steve Baker vol.1
Il n'y a qu'une partie de la partition par morceaux donc difficile pour moi à jouer entièrement.
Par contre pour le volume 2 toutes les partitions sont entières, donc je le préfère. Anonymous

This book is excellent. A selection of 11 different tunes, of different styles, and a selection of positions, and some notes describing the structures of the harp playing in each of the 11 tracks. These notes are not a play-by-play, but rather an overview of the key structures in the improvisations, certainly the ones of importance to those wanting to learn more about improvization and being the melody man with a backing band. There are also 11 tracks with the harp part excluded which are great for testing out new found skills. After a few sessions I've already learned a some new tricks and ideas that have gone down well in jam sessions.
All in all, I highly recommend the book to those who are not looking for complete tabs for the tunes and improvisations but are looking for ideas, inspiration and some help with lick selection and structure.
Looking forward to working through all the examples and getting into the follow up books. Anonymous
