An absolutely brilliant idea to combine the playing of actual musicians (hopefully not digitally recreated) on the CDs and the clear musical notation. As someone struggling to learn to play the trumpet after many years of playing tuba, and having a leaning towards Jazz ( in most of its forms) it is a pleasurable aid to my studies, and a welcome relaxation from Arban.
A couple of the trumpet pieces in my latest purchase have minor printing errors, but nothing so drastic as to detract from the overall effect, which is why I have given you a 9/10 for QUALITY OF CONTENT.

This music book from guestspot is one of the best I have seen. The music is fun to play and with the lead trumpet it makes the music very easy to learn. Then when you feel confidient enough the lead trumpet is omitted from the track and so you can become the lead trumpet. I have recently purchased the Swing book from Guestspot and this is also very high quality book. I would certainly recommend these books to anyone interested in jazz and swing. They are excellent.

A great selection of music. The CD makes practicing very enjoyable and some are more challenging, allowing the musician to progress.

This is a fantastic product. The backing music is excellent and having one CD with a lead trumpet and one without is a great idea. The songs are classics and therefore probably more suitable to someone 20+. It is ideal for the person who just wants a bit of fun. The standard required varies by song from simpler pieces in C Major which rarely touch top G to faster more complex pieces in E Major which require comfort up to top C. Suffice to say I think I've practiced more in the past couple of weeks than in the last few months. There is another title in the series - SOUL For Trumpet - which is also excellent. Come on though guys. Lets have a bit of a wider range. Definately money well spent.

Des partitions plus ou moins simples, mais l'atout essentiel est que l'on peut jouer au rythme de la mélodie grâce au cd fournit avec
