I agree with the points that Adam makes in his review but I think this book delivers better than 3 stars. The guitar play is based on Keith Richards who plays rhythm. Most of the songs have their solos included and worked to match the tunings. An acoustic song like 'Angie' would have been great, I agree. One thing I don't like is the organ/keyboard they use for the voice on the tracks which gets old very quickly. All in all this is a great book which delivers what it promises - playing guitar with some of the Stones best hits.

If you like the Stones and are learning guitar, this is an excellent buy, easy to understand, good backing track cd to play along to & learn from.

A fairly good play-along book. It does indeed include some of the greatest hits of the Stones, but I think not all the songs are as satisfying to play. For example, "Paint it black" sounds good when played by the Stones, but playing it myself, I found that a lot of parts of the song were merely supportive rather than essential, if you know what I mean. Other songs are easy to play and still give satisfaction if you're able to play them, like "Jumping Jack Flash""and "Satisfaction". And then there's also songs that are hard to play, but give lots of joy when you're able to play them, like "Brown Sugar". Furthermore, I think an acoustic song would be welcome as well, as not one is present in this book.

Easy to follow tab with quality backing trax. Mabye could have thrown in some more lead licks, but well satisfied with this purchase.

Les tablatures ne sont peut être pas toujours très fidèles...
