I bought this book for my son who is doing grade 4 piano but lacks confidence with sight reading. This is a really good selection of quite easy pieces that gradually get harder that he is using to build up his confidence. It's also nice to play recognisable pieces and we are both really enjoying it. I would guess the level is up to about grade 2-3.

An essential book for all adult learners, plus an excellent introduction to the classics for children. The book includes many well known pieces that adults cannot wait to play. As an introduction to the classics for children this book is also hard to beat. Graded progressively with excellent technical challenges. Grading from circa 1.5 to grade 3.

This is completely brilliant for players around grade 1 standard and would suit adults as well as youngsters. It really makes you want to sit down and play. There's gradual progression through the pieces too. I can't recommend it highly enough!

A lovely book for those wishing to "warm" up before tackling more complicated pieces. The tunes are a good selection.

Pauline Hall: Piano Time Classics : Ce sont des morceaux de partitions qui nous invitent à en apprendre plus. Il est dommage que certain mériterait d'être plus long.
