This book has helped my playing no end. You realise what a genius Jimi was when you play along and the tabs are really thorough. Highly recommended. Anonymous

Great songs, accurate tab,but also a lot of difficult to read-tab,but that of course is due to the unique style that Jimi had, always finding unique chords and thus creating a unique sound.
Very good for medium-skilled guitar players,it really helps you develop your skills.
NOT suitable for beginners though!(Unless you happen to be a real talent,of course)

This is a great book for any Hendrix fan as it tells you tips on how to play each song, has a CD to listen to and obviously has TAB. Great transcriptions.

Anonymous

This is a book both advanced and less skillful guitarists can benefit from. The tablature is largely accurate but the key to success lies in your knowledge of the original recordings. As you work through the songs several 'licks' and phrases are repeated and thus things do become easier. An instructional DVD would work well alongside this book and cd. The lick library one is recommended. Anonymous

This is the best Jimi Hendrix book that I have found showing his techniques and his spectacular use of a guitar. The included CD is the most helpful way to learn any Hendrix song playing all parts at concert tempo and the difficult ones at concert speed and slowly. Thoroughly recommended for the Hendrix fan.

A truly excellent package. The tab is spot on and considering this is Hendrix it's also very clear. The audio CD is great, especially when the tempo is slowed down for easier listening (solos etc). If you wanna play the likes of 'Hey Joe', 'Little Wing' and 'Foxy Lady' accurately, get this book. Anonymous
