- The book is clearly printed (important when the organ light is poor!) and suitable for a very formal church. It is written for manuals and is entirely within the manual range of small organs. I'd say this music could be played (with practice) by an organist of average ability, on almost any church organ.
- The choice of music was very disappointing. There are so many lovely pieces of Easter music, especially, that I am sure something more inspiring could have been found. Lent is a sad time, perhaps, but it does not have to be dull. In my view, this book doesn't fulfill the needs of our church.
