What can i say?The mans a genius....possibly one of the best singers and lyricists ever. Even if you do not need it, buy it and read EVERYDAY....or else Anonymous
Any book with even the chords to a Buckley song, will save time. Get this book AND any of his albums. He is a very real life musician, not just about making money. His music makes you feel like a real person, and not just another number.

OK I’ve spotted one or two inaccuracies (if we’re to call it that) and I’ve corrected one or two minor things myself, but the bottom line is, is there anything better concerning this brilliant young musician? I don’t think so! When it comes to comparing what is written on paper with what you see on DVD on the Chicago concert I can only say this: he never played one song the same way twice, in the words of his mates, so why bother too much about something that is so relative.

Jeff Buckley is a hidden jewel in an industry of mock musicians. The book is pretty acurate, but the CD sounds great with a high quality stereo system. If you don't normally listen to this kind of music, give it a chance. All of his songs are very different in style and tone, so there are many surprises.

One of the best albums that I've ever heard and the book is really good. Anonymous
I give this 3 stars as he is soooooooo talented, unfortunately this book is far from accurate. I recently bought his live DVD and a lot of the positons are different. It gives a general idea, and a great starting point. Still worth buying.

I wouldn't quite go as low as 3 stars for this book, but it's not perfect. I too have the DVD and have noticed the discrepancies in position. To the credit of the transcribers though is the fact that this book was published before the DVD was released. So, they likely had very little or no visual reference to base their transcriptions from. The great thing about this book is that it has EVERY song from "Grace," whereas the upcoming Jeff Buckley tab book from Hal Leonard will only include his original songs from "Grace" (along with many other originals from "Sketches" and unreleased stuff.) I'm just happy that here is anything available in book form detailing this brilliant music. I still highly recommend this book to any Jeff Buckley guitar-playin' fan.
