It's Blues! There are 20 tracks of 12 rhythms, with backing tracks, on the CD. Each rhythm is presented in the book in music notation and tab with chord notation, tuning, key and tempo information. There are also some guidance notes.
It claims to present rhythms of varying difficulties from basic to advanced. I must be very basic, having played for just a year. Most of the tracks are hard to impossible for me at this stage but I look forward to playing them eventually. The tracks I have heard on the CD do not appear to be the kind of blues I like. There are no chord diagrams or tab explanations. You have to be advanced enough to understand what is presented.
